Downloading a whole website/cms platform (including .php files)?

I need to download a website i dont own, including some .php files. It is a dating website using vldpersonals (CMS). I tried with some free apps which i downloaded from the internet, but i only got pictures and folders and thats about it. I need .css files and .php from the website so i can see a part of the html code and so on, in order to find out how they did some stuff, im dont have intentions to steal anything. If someone can do it for me please give me your email or just post here, i would really appreciate it, im willing to pay someone if they are willing to do that for me. Thank you for your time.

Hi,

You cannot download  .php files from server without ftp or ssl access to the server. You can only download .css files , html contents and images through browser(http method).  And it will not work if you dont have access to their mysql database.
