Downloading films form august 2008?

apparently form august 2008 the isp's and film industry;s said you wont be able to download films or you will be slapped with a fine is it true or are you aloud to download a certain amount of films in a week i don't know help

I download movies all the time and haven't heard anything about this.  Are you talking about P2P or something else? I don't think they can relay do anything about downloading films.

i dont believe it. i mean how can they really fine every single home in america, think about it. s***w that, and why do these rich jerks need to slap fines for free movie downloads, IM SORRY IM NOT A RICH MOVIE STAR I CANT BUY EVERY MOVIE. cut the movie starts pay check in half and there you go, now you dont have to worry about us regular poor folks getting free movies. i hate them all. (the rich movie makers lolnot the poor regular folks)
