Downloading fonts to Windows

Question

There are many sites that allow you to download fonts. They say zipped or un zipped, I hvave no idea what this means. I have downloaded a couple of fonts in the past but icant remember how i did it. Can some one tell me an easy fast way to do this?

Download and unzip the fonts then copy them to C:\Windows\Fonts
