Downloading music from MySpace?

Question

Is it possible to download music from a MySpace if you are not a member and they have not allowed for you to download the song?

If it helps I wanted the first song form this link:

technically, it's illegal to download music from myspace (unless the page allows you to)

however, the following sites help you to get around this:

This is the site I use for that.

It may take a couple attempts for the site to actually "grab" the file, but it will work.
