Downloading my camcorder

Can you tell me how to download my Canon Elura 100 Digital Camcorder to my PC? I have a Solutions Disk. Ver. 20.00 but it's for Macintosh and I'm running Windows XP. What do I need to purchase or do to be able to download what I already shot from my camera to a CD on my computer? Thanks so much. Marc
