Downloading speed went down?

My downloading speed has just gone down for the past few months. It usually goes 350 kb/s. But now it's going 150kb/s and less. The internet bills and servers are all the same. Anyone know how I can get my downloading speed back to normal?

most internet companies use a set speed of lets say 10 mb. this is to be used with everyone aroudn you who has the same internet. so if Everyone is using the net at the same time, thats probably when your computer starts slowing down on the download speeds and such.

it is your internet  that making it slow when u download other things that can harm ok

try turning off your modem for 3 hours and try again, i might get a route that is less congested.
