Downsizing pictures?

ive been unable to upload some of my pictures cause there to big in size any help to get them smaller ?????

Upload the picture on Paint.

Go to the top.

Under Image, click Stretch/Skew.

Then put 40 Horizontal and 40 Vertical

ok, open the folder of pictures.

right click on the picture you want to downsize.

click open with -> paint.

paint will open with the picture at its biggest size.

press CTRL+W or image and then stretch/skew.

for stretch type in HORIZONTAL : 40 and VERTICAL : 40

leave the SKEW area how it is.

then just downsize the white borders and resave the picture.

then upload the resized picture.

i do this all the time.
