Downsview Park - Toronto?

Question

I'm planning to head down to Toronto to catch Edgefest this summer...I know the downtown Toronto area very well, but I've no idea how to get to Downsview...since it's North York I believe? I'm going to stay at the Holiday Inn at the Yorkdale mall...can anyone give me directions how to get there? should I just take a taxi, or how would i get about with transit? any other suggestions?

u can go to downview station from yorkdale station

i thnk its only a couple stop away

then the park is really close to there

u can use Cab its off course best and convinent as an option u can use TTc.use Sub way and  Transfer (from bloor line) at st george to north bound

transit is cheaper, and it's fairly easy to get to.

take the subway to downsview station take the 108 downsview or the 84 sheppard west (Westbound) bus and ask the driver to let you off at the park entrance (before keele street)

Take the subway Northbound from Yorkdale to Downsview.

It's 2 stations away, and Downsview Park is right across the street from the subway station.

Downsview is your best stop but if they hold the event near Keele street where most of the events are held, it's going to be a d**n long walk so don't listen to those other people. Take the 84 bus going west as the other person mentioned or grab a cab from Downsview and ask them to take you down to Keele or just before it where the entrance is. You can get to any events from Keele and Sheppard if they are held where all the usual events are.
