Downtown to Airport?

I have a 9:00 AM flight from Toronto International to London Heathrow on a Wednesday. If I am leaving from a hostel which is located on Widmer Street, what time should I leave the hostel to make my flight? Also what is the most reliable transportation to get to the airport on time that is cheaper than taxi?

If you leave at 8 am you will miss your flight.

You can catch an airporter bus $17.00 @ 6 am and will get you to the airport by 7.30 am

You will need to walk east to university av and go south to front st  and on the east side you will see the Royal York hotel on the corner of York and Front there is a Airporter bus stop.

There is an alternative--the T.T.C. Walk to university and take the subway north to Lawrence west station and then 52 or 52a  ask which one to the airport.

The timing will be a little closer and the bus may not take you to Terminal 1

International Flights you should be at the airport 2 hours early.  I am not sure on how long it would take in a taxi to get to the airport.

about 8 am, the airport won't be too busy then. The best way to get to the airport is taxi, or you could get a ride from a friend
