Downy Scent?

Hey,

I absolutely love the Downy Scent, so do the rest of my family. I got to know about Downy from a friend, and so we decided to try it out.

However, the Downy Scent is quite faint after washing clothes!! We are quite sure to put it in at the last rinse. The first time we used it, we used 1 cup. Thereafter, we tried 2 cups the second round. Both yielded negative results - the Downy Scent fades pretty soon.

We use a Toshiba Super Spin Dry washing machine in Singapore! Washing loads are normally full, requiring 50 - 56L of water each time. The Downy we use is apparently, manufactured in Vietnam- there's even Vietnamese characters on the labels.

Is there anything we can do to retain the Downy Scent even longer?

use the liquid in the washer, and when you put the clothes in the dryer, use downey dryer sheets.

You want to smell like downy?  No you don't.   I knew someone that would put in too much in his wash and smelled like fabric softener all the time.   It was sickening.

After you rinse in downy try putting dryer sheets in your drawers the one you put your clothes in not the ones you wear

I use the Downy Scent in a pot of water and simmer it on the stove and it makes the whole house smell good. Your clothes still smell as strong, your're just used to the scent. Others will smell the scent on you. 2D

look for the concentrated kind and follow exact directions

try downy the one in the green cap its mountain fresh i think u can smell it after it comes out of the dryer. another one that is good is snuggle dryer sheets but make sure its the one in the blue!
