  1. definately indian everytime for me.

  2. Chinese has a nice variety of dishes but I love my curry.

Nice spicy, hot, piping curry with rice - making my mouth water.

  3. like both, love indian currys, yummy

  4. Chinese, for its variety of flavors and cooking methods. Sweet, salty, sour, bitter, spicy.

Fried, steamed, boiled, double-boiled, braised, stewed, sauteed, roasted, smoked.

  5. Chinese

  6. chinese. but indian is good sometimes.

    :D

  7. Indian every time.

  8. Indian cooking far exceeds chinese not only for taste but theres sooo much variety.

  9. Indian, but Filipino food is good, too.

  10. indian... Chinese soup is very watery and i'm not one for veggies... i know there is veggies in Indian but is covered with curry so it's okay :-)

  11. I have never had Idian but I would like to try it...so I would have to say Chinese...its really good

  12. I love authentic Chinese cuisine, not the greasy Americanized version (disclaimer: I really like crab rangoons, even though they are terrible for you).

Authentic Chinese food is very light, has lots of veggies, and is very spicy, nothing like the stuff you get in all-you-can-eat buffets.

I really like Indian bread, appetizers and desserts, but I can't get past the smell of most curries. I really like the taste, but I just don't like the smell.

  13. Indian everytime!

  14. I eat chinese more often than indian, but you're right a good curry or biryani and some peswari naan. Lassi, mmmm Now I'm hungry.

  15. chinese. i never had indian but i love the chicken in chinese food and the noodles

  16. It depends on my mood really.. like right now I'm CRAAAVING curry chicken.

It also sometimes depends on who's open latest lol

  17. Chinese. Mostly because they add delicious seasoning  to everything. They are really good cooks, I must say!

  18. Indian~

I like chinese food, but I could eat Indian food every day! Samosas, Chicken curry  and naan is my usual meal, I have other things sometimes though :)

  19. Hmm...Well they're both good but I guess it depends on your taste and mood. Right now, I'm craving chinese!

  20. I have to go with indian food, although I like chinese food

I was born in a chinese family, but spent my entire life in indonesia, where the food is pretty spicy here, and indonesian food are pretty much a cultural mix between original indonesia, chinese, indian, arabian, and eropean, that makes me quite versatile in terms of eating and I grow a taste of spicy foods, and one day I tried indian food I was just fell in love with them, the richness and the sensation was unbelievable, the using of spices was so extravagant. indian food simply rejuvenate me.

  21. Then u shud try chinese cooked by an Indian! Mmmmn awesome fusion!

  22. Chinese....................

  23. hard choice!!! I LOVE butter chicken and naan bread together with rice. Absolutely amazing combo. But there are ton of stuff I like from chinese cuisine. Beef and broccoli is always good, they make broccoli taste sooo good. :)

Now I have a craving for Indian, thanks :P

  24. chinese. I like more vegetables.

  25. Actually Indian food is very good. So I would have to say Indian, only because they aren't as popular as Chinese but their food is excellent.

  26. I use to love them both....but now I just stick to Chinese.  I can't do curry anymore.  Long story short, I was sick with the flu when my neighbors were making something with curry.  The smell of it wafted down the hall, into my apartment, and it made my nausea even worse.  Not trying to paint an ugly picture for you here, but let's just say, I can no longer stand the smell of curry without tripping back to that bad memory.

I don't think I'm the only one with bad baggage attached to certain foods, though.  My best friend once ate too many toasted marshmellows when she was a kid and it made her sick.  To this day, just looking at a bag of marshmellows still makes her queezy!

Bummer though.  I used to love Indian food!!

Do I get 10 points for the LONGEST answer??  :)

  27. I like both.

Indian cooking though uses a little more spices than Chinese cooking. But both cuisines have overlapped spices, chilies, pepper, cinnamon, cumin and such.

The common meat both cuisines share is lamb and/or mutton. If you travel west of China, that's the more popular choice of meat.

  28. I like both, but neither cuisine is available in my area, except in Americanized restaurants. So if I want something I make it from a cookbook.

  29. Chinese i'm allergic to onion and its in so much indian at least i can have some lemon chicken and plain rice without a fear of going into some sort of shock.
