Is it just me or do they leak like freakin' sieves? I mean, they aren't cheap and I appreciate that a certain amount of 'air' needs to leave the bottle in order to prevent the baby swallowing it but P-L-E-A-S-E Dr Brown - I want to feed my Daughter, not bathe her in milk!

  1. Well, that sucks... these are the bottles that I have just bought for my baby due next week. Hmm...

Other bottles that I have heard are good for reducing bubbles of air are Playtex Vent Air. Try those.

  2. I used them with my 1st born & never had a problem with them, it drove me crazy trying to clean them though, so I switched to the playtex drop ins

  3. is the milk above the do not fill line?  because this is the only time that I had them leak  I have used Dr. Browns bottles for 2 children.

  4. I'd suggest ditching those high priced bottles, and getting some playtex nursers.  You can push all the air out of the liner :)  They don't leak either!

  5. oh i wounder y they r leaking, are u putting the tubes in correctly and don't s***w the bottle up to tight try that and hope it helps

  6. i had timothy on these bottles but mine didnt end up leaking. but i found that they didnt work for the colic bit or the reflux. i put timothy on tommee tippee and found that a better bottle.

  7. I've heard they leak horribly too.  We use born free and love them - there was a question on here earlier though where a mom thought born free leaked so who knows...

  8. Something must be wrong-I have used these bottles and have had them leak on me ONLY if milk has gotten into the tube thingy that inserts onto the disc thingy.  Make sure that part is empty and you should be fine.

  9. i totally agree!  i spent load of money on them for my twin girls only to find out that they leak something horrible!  i've donated them to a local shelter for women because i couldn't stand to throw those expensive things away, but i don't know if they will even use them there!
