There's  a Fowler's anti-diarrheal still on the market, but it's been reformulated.  The wild strawberry extract is gone, and it now contains the same active ingredient as Kaopectate.

Ya I know the stuff.  I remember the really harsh tasting liquid, but that stuff was gold if you were camping or on a long hike.  I do nto know it it is still in liquid. I recall seeing a tablet form
