What's the difference exactly between buying the season pass for $3.99 and buying each individual act for $1.99 on itunes? Like, what's the season pass anyway?

The season pass is all three parts for only $3.99.  If you only want to buy one act, you can buy it separately for $1.99.

I would suggest buying the season pass because then you can get all three parts and it is totally worth the $3.99.

It means you pay about two dollars less for all three episodes together. $6 versus $4.

The idea behind a season pass is that you can pay one fee and get all the episodes as they come out, without paying again, reasonably automatically.  It's usually a bit cheaper as well.
