Dr. James R. Bartzen's Phoenix lights evidence??

Question

I guess this guy Bartzen had some kind of confrence Saturday detailing his evidence that the phoenix lights of 1997 were some kind of secret government craft. I read about it on Yahoo news last week but I can't find any kind of follow up. Does any body know what Bartzen said at the confrence? or what his evidence is?
