  1. Why not make Green Eggs (Scambled) and ham with the children in the classroom!?  This is fun and yummy and doesn't take long to cook.  Use an electric skillet.

  2. Green eggs and ham.  I beat some eggs with a little bit of food coloring so they are green and then scramble them.  I cook up some Canadian bacon and cut it into small bites for the kids.  They think this is really funny and cool to eat.

  3. Dye Hard boiled eggs green with ham or Make cookies in the shape of the Cat in the hat

  4. Have green scramble eggs (use green food coloring) and ham . wrapped in a tortilla.

  5. My daugter and I hard boiled some eggs and dyed them green when her school had Dr. Seuss day :)

  6. For snack, you could make  blue jello in clear plastic cups, and put gummy fish in them, which would relate to "One fish two fish red fish blue fish."

Also, even just making a cake that is shaped like a dr seuss character.  Depending on how creative you are. You could   shape it like the cat in the hat, or a star bellied sneech.  There is a wealth of Dr. Suess characters to choose from.  Depending on the popularity of the book, as an intro you could go in and read the book before snack, or just have the teacher read it.

I might also say green eggs and ham is a cute idea, but I'm not sure how many children might actually eat green eggs and ham.

  7. Green eggs and ham.  Maybe make cookies are something that looks like green eggs and ham.
