I will have these horrible nightmares and then wake up. I know i am awake now still cannot open my eyes. i can feel blood running down my face and then i open my eyes. the room is spinning and i cant move my body. everything is tense. my heart is still racing and i am in a cold sweat. slowly i regain control of body and slowly sit up. i bring my hand to my face and see blood. My nose is bleeding, i have a massive head ache, i am shaking, completely distraught and scared.

this has happened almost every night for the past month. also over this period of time i have also noticed my physique and muscle mass diminishing and turning into what looks like just a beer belly and loose skin. But i have been loosing weight 8lbs to be exact. I haven't changed my daily routine, i do not take any drugs or supplements. I rarely drink, i stay active with running, wakeboaring, working out and i am a firefighter part-time at the moment. no stress in my life and i am eating healthy. Dr has no answers for me but to see if it gets any better.

  1. This could be Epistaxi's for the nose bleeds??this is with a liver disease!!

Headaches could be from a number of reasons tight muscles,in shoulders, neck, scalp, and face ?????

Muscle loss from number of reasons as well, Insufficient protein's, insufficient carbohydrates, incorrect exercise????

Not sure if any of this is your problems but you really need to see another doctor and have some lab work done to make sure nothing else is going on in your body to cause  such pain and suffering time and time again definitely something happening to go threw this all the time and it's not healthy all the way around on you or your body.

  2. better ask your doctors to do a brain scan or something

maybe you're missing some important nutrients

nose bleeding every night is pretty serious

other factors may include living environment has some chemicals that should not get into your brain

ask a radiologist to check these stuff

  3. I'm so sorry this is happening to you. I would see another dr. and keep on seeing them or try a university
