Dragon Ball Z Doubt !!

Question

Every saiyan,if transformed into a super saiyan,the hair becomes yellow and if went to the next stage,the hair grows.

My Question is:

What will happen if Nappa is called back(with the dragon balls) and made to train and turn him into a super saiyan will he get hair on his head?

yes of course his armpits will glow but i don't think that he will get his hair back .

it seems yellow because of the golden aura  the same will happen to him
