Dragonboat rowing team, i just joined. any tips?

i just joined the team 2 weeks ago, we get training 3 times a week, but i only go with them one-twice because of schedule issues.

after training once, i couldnt walk properly for 3 days.

how can i survive the pain in training?

how can i keep going while rowing? my muscles gets tired but no cramps.

  1. I row and I know how tough training can be. It really hurts your muscles in the beginning but you get used to it eventually. You can ice cramps and pulls for temporary relief but I don't think there is anything you can do for long term relief.
