This is the 3rd time in the past few months that I have had to clear everything out of the freezer and take off the back cover. What happens is that water keeps building up and freezing in the bottom of the freezer and eventually starts coming out the bottom of the door and makes a pile of water at the left front of the freezer door. The last time i took off the back cover, broke up about 2 inches of ice in the bottom of the freezer and then chipped the ice out of the little metal drain pan. After I keep pouring warm water in the there and allowing it to sit for a few minutes, it finally melted/broke through. I was able to pour a few more cups of warm water in there and allow it to run right out. I thought it was fixed and it worked for a month or so, but now its doing it again. Help?
