  1. how  many  years   your national  day? approx  55/  set  back  drop  55  flags.stage  screen  set  your  flag  color.

  2. The SET is the scene/setting/background,faux living room, etc.

It can be accomplished with a single drop, with a scene painted on it, IE: A Park, Or Cityscape

It can be enhanced with a Scrim, and various Gobos

It can have actual furniture in a room setting

Hand Props would be those items often found in a scene, or on a street, IE: Park Bench, trash can, etc.

Since we don't know the theme of the play, even though you say it's your national flag day, perhaps it revolves around that holiday, and all you may need is a podium, your flag and speakers talking about the flag, etc.? As a former, long time Props Master, set fabricator, designer, and scenic painter, it would help us to know.

Again,,, to advise on a design more clearly, we'd have to know the specifics of the play.

If you've ever seen a play or film,,, all you see is SET, and Props, beyond any performers.

With no offense meant at all, how does one get a job, they know nothing about, even in the terminology, specific to that job?
