Dravid asks the Indian team to play two fast bowlers at Kolkata – Cricket News Update
http://www.senore.com/Cricket/R-Dravid-c2229, the former Indian skipper, is of the opinion that India should play two fast bowlers and as many spinners in the third Test of the four-match series at the Eden Gardens, Kolkata, which commences from December 5, 2012.
Having won the first Test at Ahmedabad comprehensively by nine wickets, the hosts were outplayed in the second encounter at Mumbai, where the English spinners dominated the proceedings on a turning track, picking up 19 wickets in the
match.

The move however, did not work as the experienced off-spinner just picked up two wickets in the match and looked ineffective.
Yadav has been ruled out of the third Test as well but his replacement in the squad, http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Ashok-Dinda-c1098 is likely to play the Kolkata Test.
Dravid wants the Indian skipper to revert back to the Ahmedabad combination as he already has a number of bowling options in Yuvraj Singh and Virender Sehwag, who are more than handy part-time spinners.
He expressed, “He's going to have to re-look at his combination, simply because it's going to be difficult to manage three spinners and especially having http://www.senore.com/Cricket/V-Sehwag-c2739 in the side who can also bowl spin.”
The former cricketer predicts a flatter track at Kolkata as compared to Mumbai and feels that it is going to favour the home team. Dravid is expecting a high-scoring encounter, where the batsmen will be able to play their strokes freely.
“The combination they had in Ahmedabad was the best one, where they had two seamers and two spinners. India have a great record in Kolkata, we've had a lot of success in Kolkata, because it is a typical sub-continental wicket. As it
starts off, you can play your shots, there is something in it for the fast bowlers,” said the former top-order batsman.
With the series level at 1-1, both the teams are geared up to take lead in the competition.
