both  are excellent players. Dravid is one of the few technically good players in the world. Sachin is the best batsmen in the world.

so they r equally good .

There indias two best players, and are two of the top 4 batsmen in the world. Obiviously sachin is the best. however dravid overall in test is indias biggest matchwinner, averaging 73 when india wins, before this year and last year, that average when india won was 83, second only to don bradmen. And sachin averages about 65 when india wins.
