Is it o.k. to draw on a NON-boiled egg with a sharpie and then eat it if you keep it refrigerated?

  1. Why are you drawing on them in the 1st place?  Why not just write on the carton


  2. well, it's not like you eat the shell right?

  3. That would not create a problem! There is a thin Membrane inside the shell that keeps moisture in/out!!

  4. The sharpie shouldn't be going through the eggshell so it should be okay. Just boil and peel it as usual, if any of the sharpie goes through I wouldn't eat that part but it's very unlikely that it would happen.  

  5. no theyll be fine......lol btw why are you drawing on eggs, no paper?
