Draws for Ladies British Masters announced
Draws for the first two rounds of the ISPS Handa Ladies British Masters have been announced and the pairings look good.
The announcement included some interesting pairs that will prove to be exciting for both the players and the fans. The event is scheduled for August 16th to 18th and will be played at the scenic Buckinghamshire Golf Club, located in
Denham, Buckinghamshire.
The first pair is the most interesting. Scotland’s Carly Booth is paired with Melissa Reid and Charley Hull, two English players of some repute. Melissa Reid is the member of the winning Solheim Cup and Charley Hull is the member of the winning Curtis Cup
team.
This interesting pair pits three well known British golfers together. It will be interesting to watch how these three players implement their individual strategies while teeing off together.
This is not the only pairing centred around British players. Another pair comprises of the veteran English golfer Trish Johnson and her compatriot Felicity Johnson.
Both these players are very good and are in excellent form. To round off the pair, the third member is Carin Koch from Sweden.
Another important pairing features Laura Davies, the highly acclaimed English player. She will play with relatively unknown players.
The second member of the pair is Marianne Skarpnord from Norway. The leading Rookie from LET, Spain’s Carlota Ciganda rounds up the pair. This is another interesting pair that highlights both the experience and the youthful will of the LET players.
Another pairing to look out for has a local talent, Rachel Drummond from Buckinghamshire. She is an upcoming golfer, who will gain invaluable experience from this tournament.
The next member of the pairing is Holly Clyburn, another English golfer, who was the member of the Curtis Cup team. The last member is the Indian star, Sharmila Nicollet.
Finally yet importantly, England’s Rebecca Hudson is paired with two foreign players. She will tee off with Italy’s Stefania Croce and Frances Bondad from Australia.
This is another important pairing that offers two experienced players, Hudson and Croce, a chance to start the tournament on a friendly note.
