Dream Never Understood Since I was a little girl...?

Question

Okay so I had a dream a long time ago. & this is it.

I am in my small town & we have a railroad that runs through it on main street. Well I am standing near the train track & a train is passing by. It is dark out & foggy/misty. Then the train is finally done passing. I walk across the tracks & into the fog/mist until I get to the other side where I see old buggies with gentlmen in black tuxes & ladies in black dresses. Then the dream ends.

Any ideas what it means. I have tried dream dictionaries.

the train signifies you dodged a close self tragedy, the the darkness means blured or shaded as in you didn't know it happened, the mist is mystery probably like you are connected through unkonwn origins, if the cars were in good shape meaning the old co[mming to the new, and finally the those dressed in black are the ones watching you usaly waiting for you to slip up, and the unexplained end is a bad sign.

The train is obviously carrying some cargo, could even be people. You waited patiently for the train to pass.

When I was young I used to have dreams that I was in an abandoned amusement park.. I first arrived there on a school bus which crashed into a building and a fire erupted. I could see the other children screaming to get out of the bus while it burned. When I exited the burning building I walked out into a boardwalk/amusement park covered in thick fog.

I later discovered years later it was the The Chicago World's Fair.. because of the architecture I saw in the dream matched up with the pictures I came across, especially the Ferris wheel. The The Chicago World's Fair burned down during the great Chicago fire.

So what I'm saying is.. it is possible that you saw a brief image of a past life. "Possible" but doesn't mean it to be true. I also saw a man in a black derby hat and black tux with coat. I discovered later who he was. But anyway, it is possible the people you saw were people you used to know or one of them was you.

i dont know if the dream most commonly happens when you feel like you have failed...

maybe represents a feeling of disappointment.

The setting (mist, fog, dark) seems like the unknown... fear... very scared setting... the train passing... like time flying (maybe).. passing being a keyword...

then you step into a sad realm... very classic mourning.. sadness... disappointment..

dreams are basically your subconscious, so the interpretation comes best from you... because you know how the imagery causes you to feel..
