Dream Show to steal the Grade A3 Owners Bonus Series - Final
The finalists for the Grade A3 Owners Bonus Series are French Lace, Dream Show, Martin One Dart, Fintans Yoda, Funboy Freddie and Woodsgift Factor. They will invade the 500 metres flat race track for getting entitled to the £500 prize money. The race will be hosted by Sheffield on Monday, 8th October. All the entries are well seasoned at the level, but winning through it has not been possible for everyone.
One of the most pleasing entries in the field is the three-year-old black and white dog, Dream Show. He has tossed in a hat-trick through the last three attempts, two of them were at Grade A4, while the very last one was at Grade A3.
The J. Smith trained has been racing since the previous season. His races were first at Doncaster, and then took the shift towards Sheffield.
He won the Grade A4 Adopt A Retired Greyhound On 01142 888300 on 21st September, 2012 at Sheffield over 500 metres.
Leading the track right after leashing out of the third gate had him settling the track distance in 30.43 seconds.
Crossing the wire right behind him after missing the first spot by 1 ¼ lengths was, Mucky Rising.
He then retained and brought forward the impressive composure to the Grade A4 500 metres flat race on 27th September, 2012 at Sheffield over 500 metres. The third box proved lucky once again as it helped him drawing clear of the rest of the lot quickly, and then maintaining the lead until 30.00 seconds.
The runner-up’s position was dominated by the favourite entry, Russelena Tiswoz, who was left behind by 3 ¼ lengths.
The seasonal hat-trick became possible on the 2nd of October, 2012 in the Grade A3 Owners Bonus Series – Heat 2 at Sheffield over 500 metres.
Even the change in the trap from the third to fourth did not bother him as he completed the trip very smoothly in 30.16 seconds. The favourite entry led the runner-up, French Lace, by three lengths.
Dream Show will to put on an exciting race tonight while, racing in the blue jacket due to the second draw.
