Dream : What could it mean?

Ok so im 15 and recenlty had a dream i got pregnant.. but refused to admit it and i was walking around with a huge belly, deniying the fact that i was pregnant even to the dad of the baby (my boyfriend) and in the end everyone left me and i was alone with this huge belly.. what could it mean?

depending on if you have sexual intercourse with your boyfriend not saying that you do but if you did.

Maybe its a dream that your pregnant?

or its a night mare that you got pregnant.

it could be just about anything..
