Dream about Death?

Question

I had a dream that my friend's father got sent to the hospital and later I found out that he had died of cancer. The next day I was in a mall and a T-Rex bursted through the entrance and started eating people and destroying walls of the building. I crawled to the nearest exit where I felt drops of saliva hit my arm. Then the dream ended, Any insight into what this could mean?

btw i was playing hitman 4 beforei went to bed. Dreams are just your days events going through your head.
