Question:

Dream about a new house with interesting rooms inside...?

What do you interpret this as meaning: I had a dream last night about going to see a new house for my parents. The house appeared to be a 2 story house with a basement, all brick, beautiful facade, maybe 10 years old at most (but very new and stylish on the outside). I was the first and only one to go in and noticed the house was MUCH bigger than appeared. The kitchen and living rooms were the size of ballrooms, with fixtures, moldings, and paint colors from the 70's and 80's. I took the old wooden elevator down to the basement, which ended up being 3 stories underground. Upon exiting the elevator, it took me into a glass room that was dimly lit. The view was looking up through the glass into the bottom of a river. A coming storm made the water rush loudly over the glass. I attempted to get back on the elevator, but it malfunctioned, keeping me in the basement for several more minutes. The water slowly started to leak into the room I was in. Finally, I was able to splice two wires together and safely made it back up to the main living room. The overall feel of the dream didn't seem to be that of fear, but more of intrigue. Any thoughts or interpretations?

  1. Dont judge a book by its cover... Things may be defferent than they seem.

  2. Cool!  House usually represents yourself.  There is more to you than meets the eye.

Basement would signify your heritage,- deep heritage

River is spirit.  Strong spiritual heritage.

the storm was interesting- since it was in the basement, I figure it's

something in the past or family past; trouble that did not harm you.

  3. > What do you interpret this as meaning: I had a dream last night

Okay, I've read the whole dream through, so I already know where this is headed.  In this case, a "new house for your parents" is not a new physical structure for your parents to live in.  This is a new body for a new set of parents.

    > The house appeared to be a 2 story house with a basement, all

    > brick, beautiful facade, maybe 10 years old at most (but very new

    > and stylish on the outside).

This is an indicator of the age-of-appearance of your new body: 10 years old.  It's going to be a beautiful body, and very stylish on the outside.

    > I was the first and only one to go in and noticed the house was

    > MUCH bigger than appeared.

This means that this new body of yours will be amazing.  It will have a lot more "stuff" on the inside of it than you'd think would be possible, and lots of ways to feel things.

    > The kitchen and living rooms were the size of ballrooms, with

    > fixtures, moldings, and paint colors from the 70's and 80's.

Somewhere in your extreme higher reaches, your mind was given a glimpse of what it's like inside your new body.  You were so amazed and happy that you envisoned it as these huge rooms with all this fancy stuff, like a wild-eyed kid moving into a mansion.  Your mind envisioned the greatness of your new body with "clean" images because your thinking is, well, too worldly.  You can't currently conceive of a way for such an existence to really be true, so your mind cannot conjure the proper images to show you directly.

    > I took the old wooden elevator down to the basement, which ended

    > up being 3 stories underground.

This trip three stories down into the basement is telling you that if you had seen your new body as it really is, rather than as a huge, ballroom-sized kitchen and living room (as opposed to bathroom and bedroom, hint hint), you would think that the message was blasted up directly from h**l because it'd be so laced with s*x.

    > Upon exiting the elevator, it took me into a glass room that was

    > dimly lit.

This is saying that where you're going for your eternal existence will be a place where there are no secrets.  The dim light is an indicator of how much everyone knows about you know.  What you don't know in the dream is how bright that light is relative to how bright it can be, and will be.

    > The view was looking up through the glass into the bottom of a

    > river.  A coming storm made the water rush loudly over the glass.

    > I attempted to get back on the elevator, but it malfunctioned,

    > keeping me in the basement for several more minutes.

LOL I know what this means, but I'm not so sure I should post it publicly.  I'll just say that this part of the dream, if it were experienced on a level you could handle, would be a wet dream.  This part of the dream connects with a deep-rooted fantasy you've had since you were a kid.  It's something you imagine you'd love to be and do forever, but you might have given up hope of ever finding a way.  This dream is a message that there is a way.  If you relate your secret fantasy and the experience of having no bladder control muscle on an elevator that has become stuck, and also remember that the elevator is made of glass, which also indicates that everyone knows about what you are, and that there could be others on the elevator, too.

    > The water slowly started to leak into the room I was in.

This is an indication of the final loss of control.

    > Finally, I was able to splice two wires together and safely made

    > it back up to the main living room.

Since your brain (at least maybe until reading this interpretation of your dream), might not be able to accept that such an existence could really happen to you, you actually work in your life to make sure you keep your mind free of ideas that could lead to the kind of thinking I've displayed in this post.  You are fascinated by dreams, but would like to hope that they're nothing more than nocturnal brain farts in concert.  The thing to realize is that the dream reality and the reality we live in and go to work in every day are the same reality.  We just aren't aware of it.

Everything that happens in your dreams will one day happen in reality as we become more aware that they're the same thing, and we can have the control over our minds to allow experiences to come and go instead of dwelling on wisdom from the past, which allows for more thinking power to be used processing what's going on right now.  If you could only realize how much reminiscing, repeating old sayings, and thinking about the good old days or "back in the day," depending on your generation, eats up mental power, you'd be shocked and amazed.  The only reason I'm able to interpret dreams like this is because I've increased the capacity of my mind to process the present moment by forgetting the past.  I don't even call anyone, anymore.  I wait for them to call me if they need me.

    > The overall feel of the dream didn't seem to be that of fear, but

    > more of intrigue.

Yes, overall, you are intrigued by the idea that such a reality as you might be imagining (think stories of mythological proportions, everyone with god-like beauty, running around having s*x and fighting each other in their immortal selves, but having a great time doing it all.  This all takes place once everyone realizes what reality is all about, and people's bodies start transforming into what they were designed to be as eternal people with immortal bodies, not as these nasty lumps of biological filth arrived at through copulation.  Copulation is copulation.  That's all most humans know how to do, even for fun. Real s*x is something only gods know how to do, and few on Earth have experienced what it's like to have divine power behind an o****m.

  4. Your dream sounds really interesting.  I would interpret it in a sense that towards the end of the dream you were in an obstacle trying to get out of.  Maybe there is something challenging in your life that you will overcome.  Or did you watch something on TV about a river?
