Dream about my deceased mom?

My mom died a while ago, after about an year I had a dream about her. I dreamt that it was Youm-Al-Qiyamah, and I saw my grandmother sitting on a stool, she told me to come and sit before her. So I sat. She stated all of the sins I committed (It seemed like a warning). All of a sudden my mother appears. Strangely she looked...Very young. Maybe 11 years old or so. She looked past me, and walked to a door. When she opened the door, it was filled with light.

What does this mean?

Your dream means that your grand mother and mother are in good state in the Hereafter.  You agree that you are committing sins.  They are sore at your present position.  They gave you warning to repent and change your way of life.

So, repent for the sins and live a better life.  Pray salat 5 times in jama-at, find out time to recite Holy Quran and make dua for your parents and grand parents.

I lost my mother almost 3 yrs. ago and every now and then, I dream of her.  Someone told me that it means she is still watching over me. I believe that because I usually feel better when I wake up the next day. In my dream she is also young and I think it means that she is in a better place and happy.

im not expert on this but your grandmother is probably stating all your sins as a sign of any regrets that you have or any unsettled business that you may have, ill take that as i warning if i were you. and your mother might be telling you that she's ok and that shes going on to a better place. now your mother looking so young... im not sure what exactly that means, you might but not exactly know it yet. but i doubt that you would find the answer you want or need in the internet...

It means that you are human and think about your mother like the rest of us humans.  I do it as a Christian you do it as a Muslim  

It is part of our human defense mechanism dealing with our loss.

so this dream is very good because its telling you she has now moved onto a higher path... but she will always be watching you and guiding you in your dreams... her love is still as real for you as it always has been... take comfort.
