Dream about my ex???

Question

Well I was sitting down on this park bench (a park bench is where I asked my ex out) and my ex and her friend were walking by. My ex's friend sat down beside me and started saying things to make it awkward between me and my ex like "I don't want to get in the way of you 2 lovers." I kept glancing back at my ex-girlfriend and she would turn her head as soon as I looked...kind of like she had been staring at me. My ex's friend then said that my ex's current boyfriend was g*y, but he just hadn't come out yet. My ex then kind of looked down and looked upset. That is all that I could remember about my dream, what do you guys think it meant?

Note: I still have feelings for my ex-girlfriend

I think your ex may not be particularly happy in her relationship for one reason or another (because in the dream her putting her head down kind of seems like she's ashamed). Or it could be that you miss her and are subconsciously hoping to get back with her but you're afraid that it will be awkward if you try to talk to her (hence why your ex's friend is there making it awkward, it's like making your worst unconscious feeling come true).

I would suggest trying to call her and talk. She might be thinking of you too.  (You'll never know unless you give it a GO).

In your note, you just answered your own question. The reason why you are having these dreams about your ex is because you still have feelings for her and you probably constantly think about her. If you were to start dating again and get a new girlfriend, the dreams would probably go away since, you are not thinking about your ex anymore. Good Luck! =]

Whether you have a feeling for your ex or not, it is natural to dream of her. The deeper feelings you had for her when you were together, the longer it will take for you to keep dreaming of her. It would usually about something you have worried about while you were together. All I can say, is you'll never lose that feeling but eventually, you will be able to have some perspective about it. Just try to move on.
