Dream about praying before an altar?

My mom had a dream about me. I was kneeling before an altar and I was praying. She could see bright light shining on me from above. I don't think there was anything else. I'm curious, do you think this mean anything??? I've never considered myself a very religious person, at all.

First of all prayer can be defined as a verbal communication between God and man. This is where man can freely go before God in faith and openly talk to him about how we feel, how we think about a particular thing etc. If there is a particular situation in our heart for example we can talk to God about what we feel and ask him to help us with the situation. Now going before an altar and praying suggests reverence, humility and desperation. Trust me when situations get really bad and we are hurting oftentimes we feel the need to come to the altar in church seeking God's guidance and direction. The light that comes from above while you are praying is evident that God is with you and he has heard your prayer.

This dream i can say is no ordinary dream. I think it is very important. God sometimes will give persons dreams showing them the future or to teach them something important and to get the persons full attention. My advice therefore will be to pray about this asking Jesus Christ to reveal himself to you completely and asking him to explain the meaning of this dream. God bless and take care!!!!
