i'm not sure of all the details, but last night i woke up twice from a disturbing dream. i was dreaming peacefully as in nothing scary was going on and then i would look behind me i would see this black man in the dark in a football tackle position with his shirt off staring at me and ready to lunge. i had this dream twice, but the last night i woke up screaming.

what do you think this could mean?

thank you in advance!

  1. Probably that you have worries and it represents them.

  2. mostly these kind of dreams are happening

if someone goes to sleep with some bad

memories or thoughts of the past that happend

to him or her ... (it really helps if ur into a religion

at moments like these but im sure some of the

people dont & im not trying to get someone into my

religion its that i beleive it had helped some people

i know a lot ...) so when u go to sleep if ur into religion

there must be a prayer or two that u can say ... i dont know

what it is anyway cuz i dont know about u or wht religion

ur into or if ur not into one ... so if ur not into such a

religion try keeping happy thoughts and memories while

ur going to sleep before u go to sleep try to talk to someone

for a few mins and have some laughs ... and if ur parents

are with u or anyone else whose close to u

like a bro a sis or ur husband never hide anything in ur life

    for em ... even

if its a dream ... there advice will be helpful ...

  3. The intrusion of a fearful scene such as you describe implies an uncertainty or concern about your own security.

That the man was black does not necessarily have anything to do with race - it may have simply been a feature that contributed to his being furtive and unseen in the darkness there.  You only spotted him by turning and looking directly in his direction - it seems more of a camoflage image.

He was definitely portraying an impending attack - and a very forceful one.  He was also partly unclothed - not a positive sign and one that implies a potential for sexual assault.

Of course you do not know or did not describe what 'happened next' - and in the second case at least you woke up at that point.  That is a fairly normal thing, to awaken at the peak of a perceived threat in a dream.  It can feel as if it was a warning of something in your life that could do harm if not dealt with.

That he was in a football crouch is interesting - are you closely involved with sports or atheletes in some way?  Have any of them left you a bit creepy about how they may watch the ladies, or you?  That can be a serious concern in any peer group - assaults often happen by people who already know the victim well, and often in a friendly way.  Of course it is not limited to 'sports' - that's just the curious image in this case.

Another consideration would be your habits and how you might be exposed.  Hanging out at night can leave you vulnerable, especially as peer groups break up and go their ways - something not to fear but to be careful about.

It could be that some exposure or other has led to some general feelings along these lines in your subconscious mind and the dream may bring it to your attention just to help you realize the concern.

Given that information you can look things over and perhaps take a step or two to ensure you are adequately protected if there's a creepy detail or two out there.  That can give peace of mind - which can relieve you of such dreams.

You will have to decide how these things may fit, but perhaps they may be helpful.

All the best to you - stay safe.

  4. 1. We have been brain washed with football matches lately

    2. We are always having visions on the TV of footballers taking theirs shirts off.

    3. We see football tackles a lot

    4. We see black men a lot on TV film stars etc.

    5. We see a lot of horror films, anything lunging tigers, birds, murderers.

Put it all together and you have your dream. It means all your memory cells are remembering items that have been happening recently.
