Dream about smoking?

Okay, a bit of back ground knowledge...When I was 10 my grandfather died of cancer, mush of which was said to be linked to him smoking for years and years. So I swore I would never smoke. No at the age of 25, I have maintained that promise to myself and never have.

Last night I had a dream that this girl from high school was trying to get me to smoke (she was kind of a rebel but I was always nice to her even though we didn't have any of the same friends). I have not seen this girls since high school nor was I ever much more than a classmate with her.

But she was trying to get me to smoke, we were in the living room of an older house...I didn't recognize it from anywhere I knew...and she kept telling me to smoke and what not. I kept telling her no and I finally turn my back to her.

Then she blow smoke at me...a lot of smoke, more so than a person could in real life. I could see it all around me and the back of my head began to feel warm. So without turning around I grabbed her shirt with one hand (she had on a long over sized fleece pullover) and swung around and decked her with my free arm.

This girl was never really mean to me and like I said I was always friendly toward her. However because of her rebel reputation I was slightly intimidated by her.

hmmm... probably its more of your intimidation that's the main reason why u dreamed this thing about her.

Either your sub-conscious' way of expressing your intimidation for this girl or you unconsciously think of something more about this girl.

It  seems you're dream is about you convincing yourself to continue not to smoke, because in reality you're fighting it. Maybe you want to be a rebel a too, and smoking will help you become it. I think you know what to do.
