Dream about theif entering house

Question

I had a dream about a thief / someone entering the house and that I am scared and act like am fast asleep...but then I try to wake up and run but I cant..and I drag myself through the sleep and try to run towards the door...probably this is because am away from mom and people and living alone is not that easy...I have issues with work and boyfriend's gone too ! :) boy !!! but what exactly does the dream signify ???

Are you facing any tough decisions in your life where you can see it all exactly the way you'd like things to turn out, and you know exactly what you want to do, but you can't bring yourself to do it? Or maybe you're involved in a situation where you want to act but anything you do isn't going to make a difference?

maybe I'm reading too much into your dream.

Just that you are frightened to be living alone.

Take some steps to secure your apartment--dead bolts, window locks, etc.  Leave the radio on so that the thief thinks something is going on in the house.

In your dream, you did exactly as you should.  Act like you're fast asleep and let the thief take whatever he wants.  That's the best way for you to come out of the situation safely.

i can't tell you exactly what it signifies, but I've had a dream like this before. my dad left us a year ago, and to tell you the truth, I'm scared of him. i was concerned for my mother's safety, and i didn't want him to break in, whereas i had dreams he did. It sounds like you are concerned for YOUR safety, and you don't quite trust you're neighbors. Maybe you should try a cookout, or something, and get to know them. It's not going to hurt to get in tune to the people surrounding you. Best Wishes!
