I tend to mix Gene Fullmer and Glen Olson up in my mind when thinking about middleweights of that era, they for some reason seem similar to me, could be the connection to Sugar Ray Robinson.  Ray fought everyone, including these three, and I have to agree that Gene Fullmer would have been the favorite against Graziano.

Gene was a bigger, stronger puncher, and while Graziano had power as well, something tells me Fullmer would have taken this one by KO.  Graziano would have been his usual aggressive pressuring self, a tactic that would have over powered lesser fighters, and Fullmer would have eventually caught Rocky coming in with a bomb.

Fullmer was only knocked out once inside the ring and that was from a perfect shot from Ray Robinson.  Graziano had a fairly decent chin also and Fullmer doesn't have that great a KO ratio.  I have Fullmer being the busier fighter landing the more accurate punches.  Fullmer win by decision.

It could depend on how Rocky fights him.  Gene was a little stronger than Rocky.  The edge goes to Rocky if he can avoid Gene's bull-like tactics early.  Both could be hit and hurt fairly easily.  

The big difference is that Rocky could make a few changes in his style, though he rarely did.  If he can get room on his punches early he would stop Gene in the middle rounds.  This is the most likely senerio.  Also, Rocky punches a bit harder.
