Dream help? i saw a couple of items....

Question

okay in my dream i saw an agate horn, then i compeletly forgot about it when i woke up. when i started surfing the net i accidentaly stumbled on a site that sold crystals and amulets, stuff like that, and it had a picture of the exact same agate horn that i saw in my dream (freaked me out) when i scrolled down it showed a pic of an ankh (again, the exact same one from my dream) does this mean anything?
