im not saying you should do this, i had to do it for serious medical purposes, no joke. i took a slight muscle relaxant called soma,dont know about the spelling, and i had a lot of dreams that night.

It is proven that you cannot make your self dream symutaneously you just have to close your eyes and dont think about anything too hard.
