Dream interpretation- Had a dream where I had a third nipple inbetween my b*****s?

I wasn't aware of it and a girl who I was familiar with but was intimidated by saw it through an opening in my shirt. When i noticed it, it was really sore, and felt foreign but looked completely normal.
