Dream meaning?

I dreamt last night that my gums bled (a lot) while I was brushing my teeeth - does that have any significant meaning? I've heard that dreaming of your teeth falling out can mean a death, but my teeth were not actually falling out ...

Dreams can't predict anything. Its people reading into things too much that causes things to happen. If someone told you it meant you would get run over you would  be paranoid of it happening and be thinking about it all day - causing you to be distracted and make more mistakes, which may be fatal.

First of all the teeth falling out doesn't mean death it is actually bleeding that denotes a death. Death doesn't always means that someone or yourself dying, it usually means an ending of a situation.
