Dream of Dad....Doing s*x...Please Help

I am having these really weird dreams. They start off with me flirting with an older gentleman and then it evolves quickly into heated sexual passion. The thing that is really disgusting about it is that the older gentlemen switches personalities (from people I have seen on the street, people I have never seen nor remember seeing, people I know personally) inevitably into my father. I'm really upset about this whole "Electra-complex" thing and it rudes me out. In the dream I am very into the whole thing from a sexual point of view, but I always wake up when it starts getting too heated and then I feel really ashamed for having dreamt it

I think this is normal for some to have dreams like this but you sound as if this is really disturbing you.   You could try using reverse psychology on your brain such as the "I will not dream of the beach" thing and you dream of beaches.  This is just an example.  In case this is a deeper psychosis you may need intervention from a medical professional.  Keep an eye on it.  Don't get weirded out, remember it's just a dream.  Good luck!

They're just nasty dreams. When you wake up from them, don't wallow in filth. Get up, distract yourself and don't think about it further.  

By dwelling on it you, only make it more probable that you'll dream it again.

You can look at it from a psychological aspect.  You may be going through all these individuals and end with the form as your father because you may admire his qualities and seek them out in a companion and the others before he appears are those who have qualities that don't appeal to you.  It DOES NOT mean you are into incest, the fact that you wake up when it gets too heated shows that.

I can see where the awkwardness would come into play.  However, there is no need to feel ashamed.  It is a dream, and ideally, you have no control over what you dream each night.

If you would like to dig deeper into psychology, in Freud's psychosexual stages of development, you would be stuck in the phallic stage.  You might need to take some time in identifying with your mother.

That is incest to dream of your own father that way, you have to stop this as it is not good. Or the only other thing i can think of is you maybe looking for someone to love who is a bit like your dad. But please don't go with one old enough to be your dad, as that won't work.
