Question:

Dream of a Crocodile attacking my Grandfather, what does it mean?

My dream starts with my step dad and me walking through peoples yards in Wisconsin looking for our little white dog. We run into my mom along the way and she has him. We arrive home(in california)and I walk down to our gigantic pond where my grandpa is fishing and points out what I called an alligator then he corrects me and says no it's a crocodile. I look down at his feet in the water and tell him to get get out I've seen more in there before. He brushes me off and says don't worry about me go on up to the house and don't worry about it. Sure enough I see the croc glide to his feet and grab him but it doesn't start rolling like most do it holds him. I tell him to be still, I will save him but he doesn't want me to do anything and thats where it ends.

My grandfather has recently had to have stints in his heart arteries to keep him alive and I started exercising and using a diet to not follow in his footsteps. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  1. What an interesting dream. One of the best I have seen submitted here.

I dream a lot and have come to conclude that because I have become a milk-toast person in the past few years that my vivid and often reckless dreams are keeping me in touch with the life I left behind.

Dreams are almost always about ourselves. This is a neat dream because it has facets of your life from youth to maturity. I think it also reveals that you are a sympathetic person that can bring your sympathy for others back into the reality of your life and make yourself better by learning from the "mistakes" of others choices. (Not just about diet or health)

Start thinking about broadening the scope of your interpretation and also focus on your grandfather being a mature individual that is in charge of his destiny as you will one day be.

  2. I would guess it means that you are afraid of losing him and you hope he listens to what people tell him to do
