Dream of dead family member?

Question

My uncle died about a month ago and I had a dream last night that he came "back from the dead" and wasn't really dead and I was talking to him normally. Then when I woke up I honestly thought he was still alive and I was about to give him a phone call. What does this mean? Does it mean I just miss him or is it more? Help please.

Yes, you either miss him or he came to you in a dream in my opinion.

It really could be that you miss him. Some people keep thinking and thinking about a passed loved one and can't get them out of their heads. It's normal to feel that way.

It's a feeling where you say to yourself, "Wow, I can't believe they're actually gone. Are they REALLY gone? Or am I just having a weird dream?"

There is tons of questions you're probably asking yourself and don't even realize that you're asking the questions.

Yes, it may sound strange; the human brain is constantly working and it's actually amazing what things go through your head in the course of a day.

Yeah, you miss him.  My uncle died, and someone actually left him a message....five years later!  Sometimes it helps us in the grieving process.  Personally, sometimes I think it's them or God giving us a chance to talk again, one last time.   I found that having dreams about things (I dream a lot) often gives deeper insight into them, and often provides comic relief. I don't know about you, but I have funny (literally) dreams.  You miss him, and you will, but the pain slowly ebbs away.  It will never really ever completely go away, but the pain will lessen to the extent that you can look at pictures of them and not cry or feel sad, but feel nostalgic.  Good luck, and enjoy your dreams!

He came to see you in your dream....He isn't dead....Our spirit never dies....it keeps living......You just spent some time with your uncle...and it really happened......You see, God gives us gifts....He allows us to see those of our family who have gone to Heaven before us.....And, since there is no time in Heaven ...like there is here....You uncle doesn't know it's been a month since he's been gone.....to him it might of been a couple of hours since he last saw you.....You can talk to him any time...because he can hear you....if your uncle is your moms or dads brother...you should let them know ......And, tell them to talk to him....he can hear and see everything that is happening.....He's still around

I completely agree with Snow!  You were with your uncle's spirit in your dreams.  Next time you dream of him as soon as you wake up write down everything that you can remember, keep a notebook by your bed so you can write it down before you forget.  Dreams are the easiest ways for spirits to contact humans because most of us would be to scared to hear what they have to tell us if they came to us during waking hours.  There is no reason to be afraid, he is probably just trying to insure you that he is happy and at peace so that you can be at peace also.
