  1. I think you miss him, and your questions are about him, and his 'new life'.... maybe. And he's answering you which symbolises that he's listening to you, and still cares for you even though you are dead... Maybe you were perhaps unsure of whether he still loved you???

  2. Your dream is one of closure.

They can feel quite real - and they are in at least one sense, you are experiencing a presence based on the love you have and will always know from him, and in knowing that he too knew that from you.

Who is to know whether these are 'real' visits or not?  You didn't put it that way as a question, but many wonder.  It is something the beholder must decide by their own values - it cannot be proven either way.  What is important is that we are given time with lost loved ones in these dreams to realize certain assurances that it's 'OK' now.  We see them as whole and gone from the suffering they may have known in this world.

The 'purple maze' may relate to a couple of things - purple is the color of atonement, and sometimes royalty - it implies he's in a kinder environment than we know.  That may be something suggested by your own mind out of your own experience, or out of something we cannot understand.  But, it's a real message in the sense that you may draw a peaceful meaning from it, whatever the source.

The 'maze' indicates questions or puzzlement - and that he answered it seems some things were being clarified in your subconscious mind that you needed to know.  That too can bring peace and aid in closure.

By closure it is not meant to 'forget' - that will never happen and he will live on in the love you shared that cannot be destroyed.  What should happen is that whatever sadness or grieving you may be going through will gradually be replaced by sweet memories of the better things of the past with him.  In this way we then can move on more happily - just as the lost loved one would want.

These are reasons why you find relief in this - and such dreams should be considered a gift to help ease our pain and help us move forward as intended by those who loved us here in this world.

I hope this may help your understanding.

    All the best to you.

  3. Well, I think that when you saw your dad, you were worried about him and missed him, so you started asking him questions like "how have you been?" that sort of thing. Also, it means that your dad is with you, like a guardian angel type thing. So, I'm pretty sure you don't have anything to worry about, your dad is safe:) and he's looking out for you:)

  4. i've had a dream about someone close to me who died....but not my dad. i was asking her questions too, and i remember saying please don't go yet, i have so many more questions. I don't know, but.......your not alone with these dreams lol

  5. purple maze = things that puzzled you

asking him questions = seeking for support, listeners

You basically are seeking for support or listener in reality.  Subconsciously you feel that your deceased father can give you comfort or trust.  Whether you had good relationship with him in reality, he became symbol of trust, respect in your life.

That is why you subconsciously have the need to dream about him and ask him questions.

  6. You miss him.

  7. Yes this happens to many.

  8. It means that your father responded to his child's need.  You miss him and he wants you to know that he is there for you!  That he loves you to and is watching over you!
