Dream with pig and mantis?

Question

I had a dream last night where a praying mantis came to see me. He warned me of a pig/hog that would come and try to kill me and he warned me to be on the look out. In the dream I was living with my father, who i've not seen in a long while.

The mantis leaves and I tell my father about the pig. He doesn't believe that it's coming but suggests that I use a blinder with the cup part off, and the blades exposed in a cross type technique, to be specific. As we're talking I hear strange noises in the kitchen, I go look. The food we were cooking had violently been splattered all over the walls, And out of the corner of my eye i see Mr. Pig man coming in through a window.

My dad goes into the kitchen and readies the blender when i scream, but he cannot see pig man. Pig man comes in a blur and is instantly in my face and i'm holding him back with my hands... his back is faced towards the kitchen... I push him towards my dad, and i describe where he is, my dad uses the blender to cut a cross into pig man's back. Pigman falls to the ground, still fighting. I pull out his eye balls and chew them. And I tell my dad to put the blender through his head. He does and pigman seemed dead.

I woke up after this.... But i'm wondering... If any one has any ideas on interpreting this.. My dad is in poor health right now... i wonder if it has anything to do with him... I also have two friends who are out of the state, and flying back soon. i'm worried.

Ps. I'm kind of cynical, so death is a normal part of my dreams.

I have had such vivid dreams where I think to myself when I awaken, What am I in for? But none of these dreams I have had have ever affected me in reality. To me, your dream is just a dream. And it will not go anyfurther.
