Dreambox, what is it about?

please tell me is this a way to recieve satellite tv without having to subscribe to any particular service or is this just a device that ads more features to your normal decoder and service and do you need a permanent internet connection for it , i am totally confused please help!!!!!!!

no, you needn't connect to internet. Only use the dreambox device, you can receive the Satellite signal for your TV
