Dreaming About My Ex Wife Again, Why

This may not be unusual for recently divorced but it's been 7 years since we've divorced.

She has her own life and I'm just jaded on LTR anymore.

So if I date, it's casually.

Please don't tell me I'm subconsciously STILL in love with her.

I don't get jealous of her in other relationships.

In fact, if a "good guy" comes along, I encourage her.

Besides, we aren't the best of friends.

I don't despise her, but I guess the best way of putting it is that I "tolerate" her.

subconsciously, you want a new meaningful relationship. something that lasts where you can feel love. it seems as though you said i'm not jealous of her, and so on...and that indicates that in a way, you really want to move on and put everything behind you.

What's the dream exactly? Should have been in the Psychology section instead... oh well.

It's not that you like her, it's that you're still in contact with her. If you break that line of contact the dreams will vanish. While doing so, if you get into a serious relationship with another woman (not necessarily get married) it would almost guarantee that you'll never dream about your ex again.
