Dreaming about a mouth full of gum. What?

Ok I keep having a reoccuring dream where I am in trouble but when I go to scream for help my mouth is full of gum that keeps growing in my mouth and I can't get it out or everytime I try and get it out it's all stuck in my mouth. The dream is so real and scary that even now I can't chew a whole stick of gum. I'll tear it in half.

What the heck does this mean? I am always having dreams where I can't talk or scream in the dreams.

 I have that dream.  It is a sign of having difficulty breathing while you sleep.  Do you wake up with your heart pounding and gasping for air? It is a common dream of people with sleep apnea.
