Dreaming about having a baby.... help?

I think i've had this dream about 3 or 4 times now.. They're always different but hold the same main points.

Last nights dream consisted of me having a baby which was very very small. Everybody wanted to hold my baby but i wouldn't let anybody touch it because it was so delicate. Everytime i put my hand near the babies face it would giggle and laugh and be happy which made me happy. However the baby was extremely small and newborn and would not be able to giggle or laugh.

Recently i have been having thoughts about having a baby... although i'm only 16 and am not old enough to have a baby.

In the past i have dreamt about having a baby which has shrunk and eventually broken as if it were made out of china.

What could this mean?

Having baby often symbolizes desire, fear, responsibilities.  In your case, since you are only 16, this may mean responsibilities.

Projecting this baby and not allowing others to touch it because it is delicate suggests that you want to take care of stuff on your own.  This baby may literally mean baby, but since you are not expecting.  This reflect the responsibilities rather.

well in my dream i was walking down a hill with some friends then we see a small one level building at the bottom whom's roof comes off due to a lot of water coming from the ground, the building seems to be a small bathroom but there's a LOT of water coming from underground so we laugh but the water doesnt stop coming out and eventually the hill starts flooding i am carrying a lot of books and a backpack with my laptop in it, i dropped some out of fright but try to get em up at the end im only able to save a handful of books which i look to and theyre some of the books i used this last freshman year in college-- the hill is flooded up to the top and im standing in the top i see a bunch of other people around looking at the water too-- when i look around, at the top it looks like the main entrance to my old high school building(not the main per se, but from a side in which there was a hill as well)-- anyway i want to go get my backpack but the water is very dark; i know how to swim very well so i dive in but it felt very shallow, to my surprise after that i dont remember much; i think im about to go into another dream so i wont..lol

and i think your dream is just your mind fiddling with your imminent possibility of parenthood(the media does wonders to our children with this material, you know all the ads in tv, news, tv shows and movies) so its only natural youd be curious about it; have I ever had a dream about a baby? hmm maybe but i cant recall

This has little to do with the motherly instinct.  This has to do with travails and burdens you are shouldering at the moment or soon.  Was the child, male or female?  If male, distress is around you or will come soon.  If female, your efforts will prove fruitful.  Additionally, you want no assistance in whatever it is you are taking or have taken upon yourself.  You feel this burden is yours alone to bear.
